We actually keep the paper plate companies in business. We serve Dad's homemade ones on paper plates because he sometimes takes the time for this special treat. Just get them fed, clean, and loved. The box is more nutritious than the waffles. How do I know? Ask my toddler. Everybody else got sick from eating the waffles. My toddler didn’t touch them and she stayed healthy. Lovely pic. You can whip up a batch in advance and freeze them for the same effect, but they will be healthier. I haven't used the recipe in a while because we are now on a pop tart feddish....just kidding. We actually made our own cream of wheat from wheat I ground up the other day. I added that healthy carob powder. The children took a bite or two and the rest went to the pigs. This is how we took our family picture that is at the top of my blog. I'm wanting to take a new family picture, as the kids have really grown, but I'm making myself wait until after this sweet baby gets here.... Just in case you ever need a good photo. Here's a tip...put pennies under your childrens hands where you want their hands placed. Then tell them there job is not to let the penny drop.
