		<description>Wow, thank you for this post Amy. My husband and I were recently told that by allowing our children to point out when we are doing something we have told them shouldn't be done we will raise insolent children with little regard for authority. I think if it is done respectfully it is a great growing tool! I am a lot more careful than I was before my children were old enough to spot hypocrisy ;). Our children are often commended by friends and strangers alike for their behavior so it appears to be working all right.</description>
