I see that it’s been over a month since I’ve written anything here. There were several questions I left unanswered in the comment section of some old posts, and I’m going back to answer them today.

Thank you for the welcome back! I think I finished answering any questions I was asked, but please let me know if/what I might have missed. Each comment and encouragement is appreciated, and I don’t want to take anyone for granted. Greg even tried out some of those recipes, so thanks from all of us! How kind for each one of you to take a minute to help.
