He was an electrician that feel through a ceiling. I am greatly relieved at the additional information. I was a little alarmed at the "oh well" response to hearing a man fell through the ceiling. There was that scene when he and Shelley Long are pouring pails of hot water into their tub and it falls through the ceiling and smashes into peices on the bottom floor. HILARIOUS!!! He slipped in the attic and the only wood available for him to land on up there was rotted. He was too embarrassed to get hurt!
